“The shophouses have been specially curated and thoughtfully refurbished, and as such, they would attract a diverse network of buyers who are looking to either purchase for their own use or for investments,” says Yap Hui Yee, executive director, investment sales and capital markets at Savills Singapore.
The potential keen purchaser can use the upper floors of the shophouses for residential use while operating restaurant or bistros outlet on the ground floor. Otherwise, another proposal is that the investors can rent out the shophouses to co-living or serviced apartment operators, subject to relevant approvals from the authorities.
Nestled within the Moonstone Lane residential enclave bounded by Serangoon Road and the Kallang River, the shophouses are a mere 8-minuites’ walk to The Potong Pasir MRT Station on the North-East Line.
