Benham & Reeves to showcase London project Camden Goods Yard in Singapore

UK-based and established real estate developer St George,  under umbrella of The Berkeley Group, is flaunting its most recent project, Camden Goods Yard, to aspiring purchasers in Singapore. this 999-year leasehold integrated development spread across eight acres of land, is nestled between Camden Town, Primrose Hill and Regent’s Park. The main attribute of Camden Goods Yard is its strategic location near Central London, says Doris Tan, regional director at Benham & Reeves. “The development is near to many facilities and important education hubs in London, which will be a major key-driver to Singapore purchasers,” she elaborated.
Chalk Farm and Camden Town subway metro station in Zone 2 is a six- and nine-minute away. King’s Cross St Pancras Station, an interchange for six Underground lines, is a 10-minute metro ride away, while one can arrived in Oxford Circus within half an hour.
